Dominos Pizza

When Grandad has gone to my aunties, we get Dominos.

It´s my job to set the table. I slide the place mats in every direction. I sprint to the cutlery draw and grab - wait I realised you don't need knifes and forks for pizza. So instead I rush to the cupboard to grab as many plates I can. I carry them like a waitress back to the table.

The second my mum opened the box, a delicious smell filled the air. It smelt cheesy and spicy. A grin spread across my face. I can't say I eat neatly. No. I stuffed my mouth with as much pizza as possible.

While I let my tummy settle, I eye the pizza that is left. I can't eat it. But I´ve got to admit, I love pizza.

B2 - Inquiry conclusion

I wouldn´t use any of these plastic bag options (Recycle plastic, compostable plastic, biodegradable plastic, degradable plastic.) because some of them can break down, some can go in the compost and others cant be reused and recycled. I would use paper or fabric bags. I wouldn´t use any thing that is bad for the environment.

Netball Memoir

Sometimes its stormy and slippery, and when I get hold of the ball, it somehow slips through my fingers, as they are cold and numb. I glide across the court as if it was ice. I cant feel my hands, and worse, I cant feel my feet.

I catch the ball. I cant move, not that I am meant to anyway. What seems like forever, the game has ended. I hug my jacket. 20 minutes later I have had a hot shower and I am in bed, snuggled up in my blankets.
